Term of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, pages, microsites and online services operated by NS Square Limited (collectively, the “Site”) By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent) to use the Site.
• Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time for suspected misuse, security risks, legal/compliance reasons or breach of these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the Site for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading or defamatory purposes;
• infringe any intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
• introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• scrape, harvest, crawl or use automated means without our prior written consent;
• interfere with the security, availability or performance of the Site;
• post or transmit content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We may remove content and/or restrict access where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

• The Site and all content on it (including text, images, video, audio, graphics, logos, trademarks and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.
• You may view, share links to, and print reasonable extracts for personal and non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify attributions, notices or trademarks.
• Any use beyond the above (including reproduction, distribution, public display, or creating derivative works) requires our prior written consent.
• Our name, “NS Square”, logos, event names and marks must not be used without permission. All goodwill arising from permitted use accrues to us.

4. User Submissions

• If you submit, upload or post any content (e.g., comments, reviews, images) (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that you own or control the necessary rights, and that your User Content complies with these Terms.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display and adapt your User Content for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting the Site and our activities.
• We may moderate, edit or remove User Content at our discretion. We are not obliged to back up or return User Content.

5. Ticketing, Bookings & Purchases (if applicable)

• Ticketing, facility bookings, merchandise and other transactions (“Transactions”) made via the Site or via linked third-party platforms are subject to the specific terms presented at point of sale (e.g., refund/exchange, entry, venue rules, age restrictions, prohibited items).
• You must review and accept those terms before purchasing. In case of conflict, the transaction-specific terms prevail over these Terms for that purchase.
• Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated and may be subject to fees and taxes. Orders are not confirmed until you receive a valid confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasonable grounds (e.g., suspected fraud, error, unavailability).

6. Third-Party Links & Services

• The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms or services not operated by us. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
• Integrations (e.g., payment gateways, social plugins, ticketing providers, map services) are provided “as is” without warranties. Providers may collect data in accordance with their privacy policies.

7. Privacy & PDPA

• We process personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). Please review it to understand how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data, and how to exercise your rights.
• By using the Site or submitting personal data, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure as described in the Privacy Policy and as permitted by law.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

• We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and analyse usage.
• By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies. You may adjust browser settings to block cookies, but some features may not function properly.

10. Disclaimers

• The Site (including content and materials) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy and reliability.
• We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components; you should use up-to-date antivirus and security measures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Changes to the Site & Terms

• We may update, suspend, withdraw or change the Site (or any part) without notice.
• We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately (with or without notice) if you breach these Terms or where required for legal, security or operational reasons. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Optional: Any dispute not resolved within 30 days of written notice shall be referred to SIAC arbitration seated in Singapore, in English, before a sole arbitrator; the court-jurisdiction clause above applies to interim relief and award enforcement.

16. Notice & Contact

Notices to us must be sent to contact@nssquare.sg or our registered address. We may contact you via the email associated with your account or via notices on the Site.

17. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder remains in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a reorganisation or transaction.
• Entire agreement: These Terms (and policies referenced here, e.g., Privacy Policy, and any transaction-specific terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
